Advancement
In Scouting there are seven ranks in scouting.
Troop 245 will offer you many opprotunties to advance through your career in scouting. The Three Main Steps that you must follow to advance in rank are:
- Completing Rank Requirements
- Passing a Scout Master Conference
- Passing a Board of Review
