Please check your Scout/Adult Account balances and make sure they have a positive balance! It's important to keep balances positive to help the Troop run more smoothly.

Antique Tractor Show June 19-21

We have been invited back to help with the Antique Tractor and Machinery Association of Johnson County. Two to three Scouts and 2 adults are needed to help staff the gates at the entrance to the event. Volunteers will take money for tickets and pass out flyers. There will be over 150 different antique tractors and farm equipment on display. If you help volunteer, you get free admission to the show.

We will work in 4 hour blocks and parents will need to attend with their Scout. If your parent cannot attend, come talk to Mr. Benefield and we can work something out.

AES 500 Parade-May 23rd, 2026 meet at 6:00 am

Sign up to help participate in the Indy 500 parade!! Every year Troop 245 helps to set up chairs and direct attendees for the AES 500 Parade in downtown Indianapolis. This year we have the opportunity to also march in the parade.

Crossover Campout at BCC, May 15-17 2026

The Crossover Campout will be May 15-17, 2026 at Bell Conservation Club (BCC). All Crossovers are HIGHLY encouraged to attend this campout, as they will learn Troop camping skills.
