Come help celebrate Mt Auburn's 200th Anniversary! Scout Sunday Feb. 8th from 10am to 12 pm.  PRAY Program awards will be recognized at this event. Scouts are needed to help be door greeters. All Scouts are encouraged to attend and show our appreciation!

Mt Auburn will be hosting a Blue and Gold ceremony for the crossovers from 245 on February 27th from 6-8:30pm.

This will be at Mt Auburn. Scouts should arrive at 5:30 pm and will be finished around 8:30 pm.

Come help crossover the AOLs from Pack 601 into our Troop. Scouts should arrive at 6:30 pm and should be finished at 8:30 pm.

This will take place at St Francis & Clare Church, 5901 Olive Branch Rd Greenwood, IN 46143

Ransburg Scout Reservation: June 28 - July 4 

Summer camp is an important time for our Troop, and we strongly encourage all Scouts to attend with Troop 245 when their fellow Scouts and adult leaders are on hand to help.  It is a place where friendships are built, memories are made, and great strides are taken toward Eagle rank.  It's a great time to try something new like Archery or one of several merit badges at the ranch (animal science, horsemanship, or wrangler).  Don't forget about the Firecrafter program.  We had several Scouts earn their Firecrafter rank last summer, and many more earned Camper and Woodsman.  Camp also offers a variety of open activities like gaga ball, rock climbing, and swimming.  There's also an additional religious award that is offered.  It's also a great time to enjoy Hoosier National Forest and Lake Monroe.

The NYLT is 2 weekends in April.  The 2 weekends are 4/10-4/12 and 4/24-4/26.  You need NYLT in order to be a senior patrol leader.  There will not be a sign-up at the meeting, rather you need to sign up electronically. 

This is one of biggest fundraisers of the year! In order to qualify, the Troop needs a total of 20 participants and 5 volunteers.
